I don't understand! :0)

I don't get people!  I really don't.  I don't understand why, when someone cuts you off in traffic and you honk at them, they give you the finger?!!  As if YOU'VE done something wrong!  I wish there were a system on cars that allowed you to type someones license plate number into a phone in the steering wheel and talk to people!  That would probably fail on a number of levels, but an interesting idea, no?
